Our first experience was with Alex. He was professional, funny, and terrific on the phone. We called around to several other locations, but easily chose Extra Space based on the phone conversations, alone.

Once we got here we found nothing changed except the service improved from superb to stellar. Then we started working with Claudia, the location manager. Between the two of them they make what is a mundane process, simple, easy, even pleasant and fun.

I've never bothered to write a review before, but this storage location and these two personnel are worth it. Highest recommendation possible. Thank you so much.
