The eye examination service and the doctor were really good, no complaints there. The problem was with people that work in the shop. I was being attended by this person called Jemiah (or a name similar to that) and all she had to do was a slight tightening of the frame, after the glasses were replaced. She handled the frame quite roughly (I was there the whole time) and heated it so much that the rubber casing tore open on one side (temple). She wasn't a single bit sorry about it and her first response was that I have already signed a waiver releasing them out of responsibility (this is even before I said anything!). While they have already released themselves out of any official responsibility, it was awful that they couldn't take care of such a small adjustment and were super rude on top of that. That waiver feels like it's a license for lens crafters to employ really poorly skilled workers in their shop!
